-Issuing of flight tickets, booking early enough in order to find the lowest fares.

-Accommodation reservations.

-Design and production of graphic material: printed material, banners, signs. Personal identifications/name badges.

-Technical resources: Setting up of audiovisual and simultaneous translation equipment. Microphones, screens, projectors, beamers, flipcharts. Photographers, audiovisual technicians.

-Hiring and set-up of removable structures. Tents, stands, banners, bleachers, floorboard, etc.

-Ambience: design, lighting, custom decor. Table centerpieces.

-Hiring of auxiliary personnel: conference, image and/or promotion hostesses.

-Bilingual guides in several languages, interpreters, waiters, drivers, cleaning and security staff. Reception at airports.
